Our aims are:
- for coaches and sport instructors to identify the skills useful for accessing the job market that sport can transmit
- for stakeholders and decision makers in the field of labour (i.e., HR managers, HR agencies) to identify the skills particularly useful to enter in the current labour market
- for young athletes to investigate the level of entrepreneurial skills athletes possess
