2. read the application requirements here;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These data are required for the mobility application process at ISCAP-P.PORTO. Personal data shall be erased or made anonymous when they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were lawfully collected or are lawfully further processed.

Data are controlled by ISCAP, who will share them with P.PORTO. I can access P.PORTO Privacy Policy, also followed by ISCAP, at https://portal.ipp.pt/politica_privacidade.aspx.

At any time, I can exercise my rights of access, to rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), Regulated in art. 15 to 21 of the GDPR, by mail to gri3@iscap.ipp.pt.

In case of conflict of ARCO rights with Legislation in force, the latter will be applied.

I can ask to P.PORTO Data Protection Officer (DPO) for a copy of all my personal details, through https://ipp.pt.

If I believe that the organisation or individual is not respecting my data protection rights, I should contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner to ask for help.
